Located on a gently sloping hill with direct access to a small beach, St. Louis Resort is a condominium development. Five separate condo units, contain a one bedroom, and a two bedroom unit, and are built to take full appreciation of the stunning ocean views. The resort is built on gently sloping land affording wonderful sea views from all condo’s, as well as very easy access to the beautiful beach in front of the property.

In The Immediate Area

There are two (2) smaller beaches on the western side of the Property. One of the beaches is used by leather neck Turtles to lay their eggs. That beach will be protected to save the hatchlings on their way to the sea.

The Topography

The resort is separated from Tyrill Bay on the south by a hill, known as mount St. Louis. TYRILL BAY A fishing village protected on three sides by hills. Also, a major Marina is being developed in Tyrill Bay. The distance to Tyrill Bay from the resort is approximately 15 minutes by dingy.

The Resort

Available at the lowest part of the property, is a beautiful curved swimming pool and sun patio where residents can relax throughout the day, and a pool bar and grill, the perfect place to meet for drinks at sunset, and make new friends.
